Director, Corporate Services

Mr Nzima Poely

Mr Poely as Director, Corporate Services, is responsible for managing, directing and coordinating the operations of the Corporate Services Division ensuring financial management and corporate governance is in accordance with legislation and international accounting standards. He is also tasked with implementation of best practice facilities and logistics strategies, efficient management of procurement and land the value chain, provision of records management and application of information technology that effectively supports NARDI service delivery standards.
Mr Poely has more than 12 years’ experience heading Finance and Administration departments in parastatals. Previously he has worked at Ministry of Finance, Forest Conservation, Vision 2026 Council, UNDP and the Engineers Registration Board. Mr Poely holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Coventry University in United Kingdom, aa Master’s Degree in Strategic Management from University of Derby, a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Botswana, and a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He is also a Chartered Accountant (ACCA).
