Dr. Rendoh is a visionary digital transformation executive with more than 20 years of experience driving enterprise technology innovation and strategic execution across the mining, retail, and construction sectors. He is widely recognized for building high-performing teams, improving complex business processes, and delivering sustainable growth through innovation and strong leadership. He is the Managing Director of KDR Systems (Pty) Ltd, a consulting firm focused on digital transformation strategies, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and software solutions. Before this role, he held senior leadership positions at Debswana Diamond Company, including Principal Analyst – Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Information Management Manager – Data Analytics and AI, IT Manager – Business Improvement, and Finance Manager – Business Information. In these roles, he led major business transformation, data governance, enterprise technology, and innovation initiatives.

A key achievement in his career was coordinating Debswana’s digital agenda as Principal Analyst – Data Science and AI. This included designing and implementing the “Future Smart Connected Mine” strategy and managing a P1.5 billion digital transformation portfolio aimed at reimagining mining operations through advanced technologies and data-driven capabilities. Dr. Rendoh holds a Bachelor of Business Systems, a Master of Science in Strategic Management, and a Management Development Programme qualification in Business Executive Development. He also holds an Honorary Doctorate in Leadership. As a board member, he brings
strong expertise in strategic leadership, digital innovation, and data-driven decision-making. He is passionate about using technology to support agricultural research, innovation, sustainable development, food security, and Botswana’s economic diversification agenda.
