Dr. Patrick Dibere Molutsi is a Sociologist and Educationist from the universities of Oxford, Ghana, and Botswana. He has done extensive research and written books and articles on agriculture, especially rural development and arable agriculture; education; and democracy and elections in Botswana and the African Continent. He has consulted widely on issues of energy, policy, and strategy. He is currently the Executive Secretary of the UDC.
