Dr. Patrick Dibere Molutsi

Dr. Patrick Dibere Molutsi is a Sociologist and Educationist from the universities of Oxford, Ghana, and Botswana. He has done extensive research and written books and articles on agriculture, especially rural development and arable agriculture; education; and democracy and elections in Botswana and the African Continent. He has consulted widely on issues of energy, policy, and strategy. He is currently the Executive Secretary of the UDC.

Dr. Molutsi holds Post-graduate Diploma in Public International Law – Holborn College/University of Wolverhampton, UK (2002), Doctor of Philosophy D. Phil – Oxford University (1986), (Sociology of Development), Master of Philosophy M. Phil – Oxford University (1983), (Sociology of Education), Postgraduate Diploma in 1Population Studies – University of Ghana (1981) B. A (History and Sociology) – B.A – University of Botswana and Swaziland (1980), Concurrent Diploma in Education (CDE) – UBS (1980) – High School Teaching Qualification.
