Mr Mphoeng is currently the Director of MP Consultants (Pty) Ltd. They offer consultancy in Economic Policy, Business Finance and Corporate Finance Strategy. He has previously worked as a Finance Lecturer at the University of Botswana, Faculty of Business. Before lecturing he held different roles in fixed income trading, corporate finance and investment at companies such as Botswana Insurance Fund Management, Standard Chartered Bank Treasury and the Bank of Botswana Financial Markets Department. Mr Mphoeng has extensive board experience. He currently serves as a Director and Board Member for Minet Botswana and Minet Botswana Retirement Solutions (formerly AON Botswana) and previously sat on the Botswana Privatization Asset Holdings (BPAH) board. He has also contributed and presented as an attendee on the BIFM Investment Committee, BIFM Credit Committee, Botswana Life Insurance Limited Actuarial Committee and Bank of Botswana Investment Committee. Mr Mphoeng holds a Masters Degree in Finance (Msc), from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Botswana.
