Ms Pitso has an illustrious career in Human Resource which spans over a decade in parastatals. Ms Pitso holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management (HRM) from the University of Technology, Sydney, as well as a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Public Administration and Environmental Science) from the University of Botswana. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA Management) at the University of Botswana.
Ms Pitso is currently an Assistant Manager in the Human Resources Department, University of Botswana. She has held various positions at the University of Botswana including Acting Human Resources Manager (Faculty of Health Sciences). She was responsible for overseeing all human resources needs of the faculty. Previously, she worked for Water Utilities Corporation and Department of Customs and Excise head office in Gaborone. Ms Pitso has served as an Employer Trustee for the University of Botswana Staff Pension Fund. She has also been involved in different voluntary work with the UB Foundation, Hillsong Church Conferences, Sidney and UB Student Graduation Ceremonies.
