Ms Gabobofane is a CIMA qualified professional and results-driven
Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA), Global Chartered
Management Accountant (CGMA) and a Fellow BICA member with over 19 years of progressive leadership experience in the accounting and finance environment, of which three and a half years were achieved internationally. Ms Gabobofane also holds a postgraduate certificate in Risk Management.

Ms Gabobofane is adept at creating robust high impact financial
management in rapidly growing organizations with an aim to protect cash flow and profitability, having managed and prepared budgets and forecasts, management accounts, annual financial statements and carried out financial analysis to ensure that business decisions are made timeously with an ultimate aim of ensuring business strategy and profitability is achieved.

Ms Gabobofane has vast knowledge on IFRS (International Financial
Reporting Standards), corporate governance, strategy and policy
development, and throughout her career she has demonstrated
competence in developing internal controls, managing costs, strengthening accounting controls and improving systems for optimal performance.

Ms Gabobofane has worked across different organizations including
National Agricultural Research and Development Institute (where she is currently the Acting Director Corporate Services, substantially the Finance Manager and previously the Financial Accountant), Table Bay Cold Storage (a company based in South Africa where she worked as the Finance Manager), Botswana Meat Commission ( where she has worked as the Senior Accountant for various departments including Treasury, Payroll, Accounts Payables and Receivables during the 8 years she spent there) and Botswana Postal Services ( where she worked as the Assistant Accountant).
